How to order
promotional products.

Never ordered branded merchandise before? Here's the whole process, start to finish — no industry jargon required.

Decide what you're trying to accomplish

Are you handing items out at a trade show, giving them to new hires, or building general brand awareness? The goal shapes which products make sense.

Set your budget

You don't need an exact number — a range like "around $250" or "under $500" is enough for us to start narrowing things down.

Choose a quantity

How many people will actually receive the item? It's better to order the right amount than to guess high and overspend.

Pick a product

Not sure? Tell us your budget and audience and we'll suggest a few options rather than making you search a catalog.

Choose how it will be decorated

Common methods include screen printing, embroidery, and laser engraving. We'll recommend one based on your product and design.

Prepare your logo

A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG) works best. If you only have a JPG or PNG, we can usually still work with it — see our logo prep guide.

Request a quote

Send us your product, quantity, and budget. We respond same day with real pricing — no hidden fees.

Review the proof

Before anything is printed, you'll see a digital mockup showing exactly how your logo will look on the product.

Approve production

Once you approve the proof, production begins. This is your last chance to make changes.

Receive your products

Orders ship directly to your business, home, or event venue. Typical turnaround is 7–14 days after proof approval, depending on the product.

Terms Worth Knowing

  • Setup fee — a one-time charge to prepare your artwork for a specific decoration method (like creating a screen for screen printing). It's separate from the per-item price and is always shown upfront.
  • Imprint — the general term for your logo or design once it's applied to a product.
  • Vector file — an artwork file (AI, EPS, or SVG) made of scalable lines and shapes rather than pixels. Most printers require one for clean, high-quality results.
  • Minimum order quantity (MOQ) — the smallest batch size a supplier will produce for a given product. This varies by item.

How to Compare Quotes

When comparing promotional product quotes — from us or anyone else — check that each quote includes the same things: per-item price, setup/imprint fee, shipping, and turnaround time. A lower per-item price can end up costing more once fees and shipping are added, so ask for the full total before deciding.

Cheap vs. Expensive Promotional Products

Price and quality aren't always linked the way people assume. A $0.45 pen from a reliable supplier can outperform a $2 pen with a weak imprint that fades in a month. We'll tell you honestly when spending a little more makes sense — and when it doesn't.
